Guest Check-In & Safety


To keep everyone safe and the party running smoothly, please follow these simple guidelines:

  • Waivers Required: All guests must complete and sign a waiver before entering the gym. A link will be given to party host prior to the party date to expedite entry. No exceptions!
  • Adult Supervision: Children under 3 years old must be accompanied by an adult.
  • Guest Check-In: Complete the registration form using the provided link before arrival or sign in at the front desk.
  • Wristbands: All guests will receive a wristband at check-in to verify they are on the guest list.
  • Clean Hands, Happy Gym: Everyone must wash or sanitize their hands upon entering the facility.



Party Setup & Timing


To give every family a wonderful party experience, we have designated times for setup and cleanup.

  • Before Your Party: Families may enter the facility up to 30 minutes before their scheduled party time to decorate and prepare.
  • After Your Party: All guests, decorations, and personal belongings must be removed within 30 minutes after the party ends.
  • Decorations & Balloons: Planning an elaborate setup or balloon display? Please bring enough help to complete setup and breakdown within the allotted time.
  • Outside Vendors: Any outside vendors must provide proof of insurance before entering the facility to provide services.

These guidelines allow our team to properly clean, sanitize, and prepare the gym for the next celebration.

Cancellations & Refunds


We understand that plans can change!

  • Cancellations at least 3 weeks before your party: A $50 processing fee will apply, and all remaining payments will be refunded.
  • Cancellations less than 3 weeks before your party: Your party deposit becomes non-refundable.

All party requests, changes, and cancellations must be submitted in writing via text or email so our team can keep everything organized.

Party Questions, Answered

Here's what parents most often ask before booking a Gym Kidz birthday party.

  • How long does a party last?

    Our birthday parties are 2 hours long.  The last 15 minutes of each party is designated to passing out goodie bags so the gym is cleared out by the 2 hr point and our staff can help you take gifts and leftovers to the car and clean the gym for the next party or event.

  • How many kids can attend?

    Our packages start at 20 kids.  Each additional child who attends is $20 extra per child including siblings. Any child that participates on the gym floor, including kids that need assistance from parents will be included in the final head count.  

  • Can we bring our own food and decorations?

    Yes! You're welcome to bring your own cake, food, and decorations. Our party host will help you set up in the private room.

  • What ages are parties good for?

    Our parties work well for kids of all ages.  We will set up the party according to the birthday child's age.  Our parties are private venues so it will only be you and your guest.  

  • How far in advance should we book?

    We recommend booking 3–4 weeks ahead, especially for weekend time slots, which fill up fastest. Our online calendar is live and will show you the most up to date availability.
