Please note that our protocols and procedures are subject to change in accordance with the latest guidelines. To participate in our activities, all guests must bring a signed waiver upon arrival. Children under the age of three must be accompanied by an adult. Hand washing or sanitizing is mandatory when entering the facility, and all guests are required to sign in upon entry, without exceptions.
We have adopted new guidelines for entering and exiting the facility to ensure proper sanitation and set up time for each party. Families will not be allowed to enter until 30 minutes prior to the scheduled party time and must exit within 30 minutes after the party to allow for gym sanitization and set up. If your party involves balloon arrangements or a large setup, please ensure that you have the necessary assistance to set up and break down. Any outside vendors must provide proof of insurance.
Cancellations: If you decide to cancel your reservation three weeks before the party date, you'll receive a full refund. However, after this deadline has passed, the deposit becomes non-refundable.
If you are attending a party, don't forget to bring your waiver and signed paperwork to participate. All guest entering the facility are required to fill out a waiver. (no exceptions)
Please note that an 18% gratuity charge will be added to all parties.
